Firstly, regarding the power size of outdoor led display screens:

There are two types of LED display power: peak and average. The so-called peak power mainly refers to the instantaneous voltage and current value at startup and the power when the screen is all white (displaying white), while the average power is the power under normal use. What is the general power of an outdoor LED display? According to different product models and manufacturers, the current peak power of full-color display screens varies from 800W to 1500W per square meter.

Secondly, the calculation method of the power of the outdoor led display screen:

P stands for power, U stands for voltage, I stands for current. Usually the power supply voltage we use is 5V, power supply is 30A and 40A; single color is 8 modules and 1 40A power supply, and two colors are 6 modules and 1 power supply; An example will be given below. If you want to make 9 square meters of indoor P5 two-color LED display, calculate the maximum power required. First, calculate the number of 40A power supplies=9 (0.244×0.488)/6=12.5=13 power supplies (integers, based on the larger standard), it is very simple, the maximum power P=13×40A×5V=2600W. 

The power of a single lamp = the power of a lamp 5V*20mA=0.1W .The power of the LED display unit board = the power of a single lamp * the resolution (the number of horizontal pixels * the number of vertical pixels) / 2; the maximum power of the screen = the resolution of the screen * the number of lights per resolution * 0.1; Average power = screen resolution * number of lights per resolution * 0.1/2; actual power of screen = screen resolution * number of lights per resolution * 0.1/number of scans (4 scans, 2 scans, 16 scans , 8 scans, static); The method of calculating the power of the LED display screen is to calculate the number of du points, 0.3W/point * total points is the total power, and the maximum power is multiplied by a factor of 1.3. The average power is about half of the maximum power. And each power cord needs to see how many LED cabinets it drives, and how many points are calculated, then the total power can be calculated.

Indoor: >800CD/M2

Semi-indoor: >2000CD/M2
